SOVIET MILITARY PLAKAT: Appeared in 1919, during the Civil War. Plakat in 1941-1945 continued traditions of Civil war plakat.
These placats illustrates both soldiers and civilian workers in the defence complex.
Placard drawing is one of the most popular kinds of fine arts. A special page in the history of it’s development
was put down by the soviet political placard which was aimed at tasks of visual propaganda and agitation.
The art of placard acquired it’s highest political sharpnen and artistic standard during the Great Patriotic
